IMPORTS – INBOUND

Gate Operations:

• Survey of External condition of  Empty/ Loaded containers is conducted at Gate and record the details alongwith its seal integrity.
• Preparation of survey report /EIR and its entry into the computers for Gate in /out activity as per in/out time basis and remarks, if any.

PLACEMENT

• Placement of loaded containers for examination purpose to supervise the details at the time of examination of cargo by competent authority.

DE-STUFFING / FACTORY DELIVERY:

• Supervise the destuffing of cargo and counting & tallying of packages as per declaration in the documents.
• Preparation of De-stuffing tally sheets for each container indicating the condition of Packages and excess / shortage if any to be reported.
• Safe placement of cargo into the warehouse after destuffing or supervise & tallying of packages for factory / home delivery.
• Preparation of survey report on cargo tally and condition of container after destuffing.
• Supervise gate out delivery of loaded container for factory destuffing/delivery of cargo.

 

EXPORT - OUT BOUND

CARTING

• Counting &tallying of declared packeges as per Job order given by principals.
• Preparation of tally sheet and endorsement on receiving of packages.
• Supervising proper carting of cargo in the stack.

PLACEMENT

• To check the cargo worthiness of empty containers for exports purpose and report to the concern in case of any discrepancies.

STUFFING

• To plan the stuffing of containers with better stowage plan.
• To supervise and tally the cargo stuffing into the containers as per job order received from principals or its representative.
• Preparation of tally sheet and reporting if any damages or shortage found at the time of stuffing.

GATE OPERATIONS

MEASUREMENTS

• The major responsibility in handling of LCL cargo is measurement. All the shipment with respect to its terms need to be measured many times to avoid any variances in submission of the report.
• Preparation tally sheet and measurement certificate need to be submitted to the client.
• On the basis of measurement certificate, stuffing planning is planned and readiness of container stuffing is scheduled.
• Measurement certificate need to be handed over to the client alongwith carting form and original measurement certificate is submitted to CHA for their further documentation purpose.

ESCORTING

Escorting is a very much specialized activity and it is a major responsibility to escort the cargo / containers which is in perishable condition. The escorting activity is shouldered to us looking into our best performance track record in these long years of operations. We track the cargo/container physically and record the relevant details as per customers requirement and submit the report upon safe and timely delivery of cargo/container at its destination or  at assigned place.
